Solid sterling rose pendant

70cm sterling silver chain
WHY:
I designed this pendant for a lovely lady on one of those big birthdays. I felt I needed to make something really special for this occasion and as I like to say "its not hard to make a beautiful thing when you are making it for a beautiful person."
Hand carved and then cast in sterling silver, I like to leave the flower part textured and white from the sandcasting process and then I file in shiny facets in the top for contrast. For the chain I like to use a combination of old and new silver to add to the antique aesthetic.
