WHY:
I had been walking around with the idea to do a animal composed of loose sections, so it comes to life as you wear it, for years. Then one day our babysitter said she wouldn’t mind payment in jewellery. So - as always - I like to let the person I’m making for be my inspiration. This young lady is the kindest animal loving teddy bear – so there: the first in the range - the kinetic bear - was born
Then came the elephant - for my neighbor
The pig – for my little girl who is obsessed with pigs
The cat - for my sister in law
And the dog – for me, based on my German shepherd
